Success Page Failure

The redirect for the Contact Page is set to success.php.

After sending the e-mail, an error occurs trying to load the success page. The URL I can see in the address bar that fails is:

  http//www.ccdsbookfair.net/contactthanks.php

The Firefox error is:

Server not found Firefox can't find the server at http.

If I manually place the ':' after the 'http' the page loads.

What is dropping the ':'???
