We worked on this in support session. And it worked beautifully. You also explained it was on the order of the coupon code tutorial and this makes sense.
I noticed in the binding panel the SpecialInstruction session variable was missing. I have no idea how that occurred. So I added it back in, but it did not solve this issue.
This "SpecialInstruction" is also suppose to be emailed to me in the email.
I can see the code: line 1333 on the confirm page; line 812 on the confirmation email page.
I am so lost - I'm sure you can tell.
