initializeUI is not defined

Did anyone get a solution for this issue? I am getting initializeUI is not defined.... error when I tried to work on the ecart's display Manager to create the cart. Please let me know what I need to do. Here is the error I am getting

While executing, the following Javascript error occured:

"file:////C|//programfiles/adobe/adobe Dreamweaver CS4/configuration/Commands/WA eCart Displaymgr.htm"; InitializeUI is not defined.
