Change 'Favorites' to another 'Featured'

Change 'Favorites' to another 'Featured'

Client is asking me if she can change the 'Favorites' to another 'Featured' product. On the favorites it changes automatically and there seems to be no way to control it. We had placed a large order when in testing mode and that's how we were able to change it, but it changed once we went to Live mode - the order disappeared and it replaced it with the first actual order. What to do?

How does it actually work? Does it look at the item's DetailQuantity column and select it by that? If so, would it change if I add a row in the OrderDetails table with a certain product and a large quantity? Then, when client wants it to change, I could change it back to a lower number and add another row with another product and a large quantity ??
