Undefined index: DOCUMENT_ROOT

Undefined index: DOCUMENT_ROOT

I've created an insert, search, detail, delete, update group of pages. Anything that uses the redirect URL stops and I get the page cannot be found. Any action, such as insert, delete or update has been completed, it just can't find the redirect. I added the bit from one from your forums that should give the error and came up with this:
Notice: Undefined index: DOCUMENT_ROOT in \\nawinfs06\home\users\web\b2298\(I deleted this server identifier)\BaylorSS\WA_DataAssist\library.php on line 3 . In another forum I found a piece of code that was supposed to help this but it does not- but it was directed to CMA. Any navigation using the links on the pages (Delete, Detail, etc) works just fine. The pages are hosted on a Windows Server. I've used similar content from your wizard before with no problems. One difference this time. The pages are located inside a messageAdmin, password protected folder and the Wizard placed the WA_DataAssist and the WADbSearch folders in the web root. However, this setup works with everything except the redirect.
