Problem with Sub-categories Link

I have a problem on my new site I am setting up. When you click on a category (using the Side category Menu) that has more than 10 items in it, when you click the Next button to view the products listed 11 - 20 in that category it brings up an internet explorer error message ?

Further details: If you go to my site and click on the products tab, then over on the right hand side of the page, click on the jewellery category as an example, now if you try and click on the "next" tab to view the jewellery products from 11 - 20 you get an Internet Explorer error message?

The url that you see in the browser at this stage is: ?pageNum_WADAProducts=1&totalRows_WADAProducts=30&Search=1&ProductCategoryID[]=13

As you can see, for some reason the url does not have my website address at the beginning hence it is coming up with an error. The website address should be shown as

I am assuming this is an error in one of the php files, can you please advise where or how I can fix this?
