So sorry that I am not explaining this well.
I need to set it up so that the employer doesn't have to create 5 tasks for each day for 5 employees. She'd spend an hour each day adding in the tasks, assigning to each employee. So I am not thinking this thru accurately.
If the db is designed differently, per your other idea... then each project has a set of tasks maybe... and all employer would do is make 352 projects assigned to a date? I'm still muddy thinking on it....
So thinking out loud, if there were 352 projects called Daily Routine, and each one had a day of year assigned so that could be reused every year. The Daily Routine project had a set of fields assigned to a time period, ie
Sign in | 8 am
Morning Routine |8:10
Mid Morning Routine | 9:30
Then the employee has her own update page online to check off a completed project which will show as time stamped on employers review page.
I hope I'm making sense... I know I'm over my head so anything you can share is most appreciated...
