Its a terminology thing...you will be needing to use a "search" behaviour...even though you are wanting to "sort" by manufacturer....you will be needing to use a "search"...because the sort behaviour will just list ALL products (that have been defined by the recordset) in the order (sort) of what you have selected....(sort behaviour is good when you have a list that you want to sort in descending/ascending order (for example)).

So with the code I posted the other day , just delete all the "sort" code and keep the search behaviour code...then adjust it by adding your ManufacturerName(productmanufacturers table) which is INNER JOIN'd by the ProductManufacturerID (Products table).

so its this chuck of code you need to edit to, and just replace the relevant bits with your recordset bindings.
