Form Toolkit is not working

Form Toolkit is not working

I have tried about 5 times to create a custom form and everytime is ends up crashing Dreamweaver and the worst part is it doesn't save the form customization up to the point of crashing. I have even saved the various levels of customization as I go but when DW crashes, POOF, all my work is gone and I have to start over again.

What is going on here???? This is quite discouraging and not at all a productive tool.

I am hoping that someone can come on-line and tell me that I need to save my custom form work in some way so that when it crashes I won't lose the work.
