Going round in circles.
This is the latest responses from fasthosts.
What we did is we is we uploaded a test mail.php and sendmailphp.html on your web space to check of the web form is actually working fine and to check if there are any issue with the server.
We pulled up the test page (sendmailphp.html) and filled up the necessary details and submitted it, we set our test email address to where the form will be sent and we have received it immediately.
Please try to check on the script you have on your web form.
I told them I have checked all that I can and can they can check them.
Thank you for your email.
I am afraid this is not something that Fasthosts would be able to do on your behalf.
We do not specialise in checking scripts of your websites, we only provide the service to allow you to host the site. I wish we would be able to offer help but unfortunately, this is just not something we would be able to do.
We would recommend seeking help from a web developer who would be able to assist you further in resolving the scripts of your site.
I need to get this sorted and have already waisted too much time on this. So what next? do I need to pay for a support ticket, which incidentally i won't be particularly pleased about , I just need this resolved.
