Framework builder issue

Using framework builder to conect a page where i've got a form. The problem is that all css breaks and in the page the form apear with no css. It seems to me that the problem is due to this metatag: <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=Edge" />
When i remove it everything is ok. This only happen with IE (in this case IE9) because on google chrome and firefox i've no problems
Is there any incompatibility of framework builder with this metatag and IE9???
Got no page link to provide because the website is being constructed. Everything is tested localy.
Hope for a quick solution!
