Pictures above News page content?

Is there another option?

Is there another way to put an image below the news content pods using XHTML & CSS instead?

I understand Jason this can be a bit involving to figure out, and I don't expect you to figure out my website issues by any means. I appreciate and am totally grateful for the awesome support so far.

I will try some DIV's and floats.
Hopefully I will surprise myself!

Thank You so very much for your time and patience.

Since I have your attention could you shed some light about how to place a tiny image in the footer on the opposite side of but, next to the links? :-)
