WA_localURLToFilePath is not defined

Error Initializing UI:
ReferenceError: WA_localURLToFilePath is not defined

Design Extender 1.1.0
eCart 5.0.6
Data Bridge 1.0.7

Previously had CSS Menu Writer 2.0.5 installed

Error occurs when attempting to open CSS Menu Writer from webassist menu.
When accessing Preset manager, I can edit menu content, but not themes.
Trying to edit themes with preset manager generates the same error as above.

I have uninstalled the entire super suite listed above and reinstalled CMS menu writer 2.0.5
No error occurs when CSSMW is the only thing installed.

Uninstalling CSSMW and downloading the latest SuperSuite installers has had no impact on the situation.

I have deleted the configuration file numerous times with no apparent results.
