Add a Shipping Field etc

Thread began 8/02/2012 1:49 pm by J7HNW | Last modified 8/06/2012 4:42 pm by J7HNW | 1057 views | 11 replies

Thanks Jason

Great - now it works - thank you for your patience

One last question - as my client sells many products and cannot go to the trouble of working out a rate for each country for each item - is the following feasible please.

His clients will e mail him for a price.

Can we add a form field called Overseas_Shipment for example where they can type in
a figure for overseas postage which my client will quote to them

for example 10.00 to add £10.00 to the cart total or 20.00 for £20 etc

So I guess I am just asking if we can put a field into the form which will add extra shipping into the cart as a simple work around to the long winded method of working out rules for each country ?

Please advise
