Dreamweaver MX 2004 Web Application Recipes

I just purchased a brand new copy of Dreamweaver MX 2004 directly from I looked at the book closely before I purchased it from Amazon to find out if the book source code was available. On the back cover it says all the files and code are available at!

The link that the book says to use to download the code does not work anymore. I know the book is 8 years old but the concepts that are discussed are very good examples. Can anyone at locate a copy of the files. Actually the PHP files and the MySQL database designs are all I am interested in. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
