Populating thumbnail filename to database

Hello,

I saw some threads that are similar to my situation, but still I couldn't figure this out...

I am using DataAssist and DigitalFilePro? UniversalEmail? whatever that has file upload function, to build a database and insert.php so I can just pick an image and an image with two sizes will be populated into database. Eventually I will use this database for a image gallery.

I managed to set up to insert/populate detail (big) image, but I must be doing something wrong with thumbnail images (file name) insert. Also I can not get several other elements posted right, which are (including thumbs);

Hight (of original image)
Width (of original image)
FileType
File size (of original image)
Thumbs (file name; i set it up as all the thumbnail images should have "_thumb" after filename on Insert Record (image) server behavior.
The MySQL database has fields in one table with all these names.

I copied the coding for these parts.

This is a result I get;
FileName:802_image_14.jpg
Height:-1
Width:-1
FileType:
FileSize:-1
