The errors:

Warning: require_once(webassist/form_validations/wavt_scripts_php.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hermes/waloraweb063/b468/pow.bqire5hz/htdocs/bostonkappa/registration.php on line 2

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'webassist/form_validations/wavt_scripts_php.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php-5.2.17/lib/php') in /hermes/waloraweb063/b468/pow.bqire5hz/htdocs/bostonkappa/registration.php on line 2

mean that the webassist/form_validations/wavt_scripts_php.php file cannot be found on the server.

make sure the entire webassist/ folder is being uploaded to the server.
