Still file is not uploading

Dear Jason,
I finally upgraded my DFP to version 2, but I am still having problem to move file to target directory, it never gives any error. but the file is not in the folder.

I found another issue, like in my previous post, the file name is written to database, but when I noticed my for is not set to multipart/form-data, I did it, but after setting form to multipart/form-data, now the file is not recorded to my database. now my problem is that image name is not inserted to to my table, and I am happy to say the image is now moving to my desired folder, but now no name databse, but other field names are written to database. only from file field.
