you should not cut and paste the add to cart button code.

you will need to use the Add to cart server behavior to add each add to cart instance, and set the information on the bindings tab.

In the Add to cart button behavior, the general has a setting for go to page, this allows you to set a page to display after the add to cart button is pressed.

on the cart display page, open the server behaviors panel, one of the server behaviors is the Checkout button server behaviors, this allows you to set where to redirect to when the checkout button is pressed.
