Setting up shipping with powerstore

Setting up shipping with powerstore

I am trying to set up shipping with the powerstore application that is a couple years old. What I really want to do is create a standard shipping cost on all my products.

First problem is that the shipping tab in settings, doesn't permit only asks me for a shipping provider (when I select USPS, there are other fields including some defaults that get set), but it appears that it wants to do a shipping estimate based on provider selected.

Second, when I went hunting for answers on the forums, it looked like other people have suggested that the ability to add a standard shipping cost across products is possible, so I'm wondering if it's a version do I tell what version of powerstore I'm using?

Thanks in advance for any help.
