Getting close to resolving

Made the changes per our Connect session last week. PowerCMS now functions properly, but template background and buttons do not show up (resulting in a mostly white screen). Assume this may be a WA_Globals.php issue, but I can't seem to get it configured so that PowerCMS files recognize template. Within Dreamweaver, everything looks fine and templates/buttons show up; but not so with live site.

The revised PowerCMS admin location and localhost.php and WA_Globals.php files were uploaded to the support ticket.
