Jason, the initial problem was resolved but it appears that there is another one. I suspect it is another similar issue.
I take back what I said about Technical Support pushing customers to one of the other products. It is certaintly possible that I was the only one using Digital File Pro and, given the circumstances, I truly believe this is probably the case.
We all make mistakes and I have certaintly made my share of them. So I have little room to complain about yours.
Hopefully DFP can be fixed or discontinued, either would be appropriate.
I will be moving over to Super Suite to hopefully avoid the issues that I am having. Is there anything I need to know considering I am moving from one product to another (other than install order and removing the standalones)?
