in all of the incidents that where created, it was a matter of the code not being applied properly

it is a matter of editing the file that creates the email body, this may be a template file in the Templates folder (if you select the option to create a file for the email). or it could be a file in the webassist/email folder.

in the universal Email behavior code, there will be a section similar to this:

      $endtime = microtime_float();

take a look in the included file, in my example:

if you selected the option to create a file for the email, that file will contain a line similar to this:

$MailBody = $MailBody . (GetFromPage("templates/Blank.php"));

this will tell you that you need to make the code change on the webassist/email/templates/Blank.php page.

if there is no line to attach the template file, then the email body is created by the webassist/email/waue_userupdate_1.php page and the code change needs to happen there.

once you identify which page to edit, add this code at line 1:

global $RecipArray;

and change the code that references the recordset columns, for example:

if you need further assistane, send a copy of your page and the webassist/email folder so i can look at your code and tell you what needs to be changed.
