forgot password not sending

Thread began 4/15/2012 12:28 pm by johna1964 | Last modified 4/20/2012 1:44 pm by johna1964 | 1322 views | 15 replies

I have looked and searched and compared. I am continuing to see the

Your email address could not be found in our records. Please try again.

Should I delete I files and the security assist folder to try again?

I am including the files for SA.

What do I need to do?

Would I add a sessions variable UserEmail in the bindings panel then go to

Edit Access Rule to compare the UserEmail session variable ? Or change the value of the Email address not found rule? The current is value is set to <?php echo ((isset($_GET['notFound']))?$_GET['notFound']:""); ?> and when I click on the lightening bolt, I don't see where this value is coming from. It's not there. Is this how its suppose to be?

I have trialed and errored this - it didn't work. Yes, I uploaded the SA files after changing the rule. I changed it back and reuploaded the files.

The login page has the Successful forgot password update rule with the value set to <?php echo ((isset($_GET['fpsuccess']))?$_GET['fpsuccess']:""); ?> Okay, does this need a value in the compare field?

Is this correct?

Thank you!
