I'm using the latest versions of html editor and have come across the following problem;
previously, we used the old Interakt html editor and had images and files in different directories. (I recently converted the site to php and have made extensive use of WA products).
We copied all the 'files' data from the old location and put it together with the 'images' folder. This workls OK - unless sub-directories had previously been created. If a user creates a new sub directory, no problem - but the old ones aren't recognised if you try to open a link to a file in one.
Not explaining this well!
Old system: up/reports/1234/folder1/abc.pdf
Files and folders copied to
New system: up/allfiles/1234/folder1/abc.pdf
The editor allows you to add the pdf file - but if you try to open it from the link on the user page, you get a not found error.
If you create a new folder and add a file to it, e.g up/1234/folder2/abc.pdf - the file opens fine.
Is there anything I can do to create the 'editor cache' or whatever's needed?
Hope that's understandable!
