Powerstore not the solution I need. Please refund.
This is the third time I am sending this request. The first 2 times I tried contacting your sales/customer service department and it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard back from anyone yet.
Two weeks ago, I submitted a request for a refund for my purchase of PowerStore 4. I have spent the better part of a month trying to get the software to do what I was told it could do, after numerous online chats and support forum searches and posts, in a way that would meet my clients requirements. Unfortunately, the software doesn't allow for the amount of customization that they require. I have been a loyal customer and have purchased and downloaded the majority of the software plugins and extensions you offer, and was convinced this one would do the job, however, this time the software doesn't do quite what we need. I am hopeful that you can and will cut me slack on the 15-day money-back guarantee, as I have already lost more than a month of development time, and $399 trying to make it work.
