Site definitions are good

The site definitions are good. The database is there, I can write to it with other scripts so is there some special thing that needs to be done for this app to get the drift?
Local environment using MAMP. I have not bothered wasting time on the live server as I am just evaluating whether it will suffice for this job as it is a small one... maybe I should do it in WordPress or Drupal... a lot more work but at least it will be solid and supported.

  double check your site definition.

this error happens if the site definition is not configured properly. specifically the testing server.
