Feed CMS Content Into Mobile Version?

I have a desktop site currently using PCMSBuilder and am about to build a mobile version - probably jQuery mobile, not a responsive design site. Will PCMSBuilder allow the two sites to be tied together so that when CMS content is added/updated on the desktop version it automatically updates the mobile version as well?

I was wondering if I could copy the necessary php coded from the desktop site to the mobile version and utilize it that way. Thanks for any input.
