Web Applications error

When trying to open "Web Applications help" I get the following error...

At line 23 of file "C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver
8\Configuration\Commands\WEBAPPRecipes_helpSystem.htm":
Exception thrown in native function.

When I check line 23 I find the following:

“catch(e){“

I down loaded the following files from the webassist forum yesterday, and unzipped them, to my C:\temp
Completed_files.zip
Datasource_files.zip
DW8Recipes210.zip
StartiongPoint_files.zip

I downloaded from the webassist site the WebappRecipes110.mxp file. I tried following the process outlined on pages xxvii & xxviii, but have not been successful. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My os is Win 7
My version of DW is 8

Thanks
Owen
