Agreeing to terms on first login only

Hi Guys,

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this question.

Brief on what I am trying to achieve:

I have set up a user login page using Security Assist which auto directs to the Update user page (Default Settings)

What I would like to do is have a page where the user has to tick a terms and condition box the very first time they log in. They have to only do this once and once ticked it should never show again meaning if user logs in again and if the terms and condition box had been ticked previously, this box never shows on subsequent logins.

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards
