Help with SecurityAssist Wizard

I have difficulty using SA. I created a database and two tables with form elements. I am using Dreamweaver CS4. Using step 1 of 6 of the SA(specify database option and page choice), I enter the necessary information to test database connection and I received the following Error information:

HTTP Error code 404 File not found. Here are some of the possible reasons for the problem

1) There is no testing server running on the server machine
2) The testing server specified for this site does not map to the
MMHTTPDB.php URL. Verify that the URL Prefix maps to the root of the site.

I have tried it several times and the same error message appears. Is there something that I am doing wrong. I will appreciate if someone can help me.
Thanks in advance
