checkout.php css

Hey Jason, is there any tips you can give me on the css of my checkout.php page? Ecart generated 6 pages (using my template) in the checkout wizard. I have been trying to use firebug, and I can't quite get what I need done. I was hoping to have my billing information and shipping information forms side by side within my editable main content div which looks plenty big enough. Ecart stacks them on top of each other.

There is a style in my css panel named "eC_Checkpoint_quick20cart_Arial.css" but dreamweaver keeps saying that it is not on the local disk and I cannot seem to find it anywhere. It looks like that may be the style sheet that I need?
