Site check? Connection Issues.

Hello WA,
A site owner is experiencing slow connection issues with a PowerStore 4.5 site.
Site is taking 20 - 30 seconds per page to load.
He says other web sites (CNN, eBay, Amazon) are loading fine.
His Internet Provider is WowWay.
I am NOT having load time issues through Comcast.

I called the site host GoDaddy, they claim everything is OK on their end.
The customer states that he cleared his browser cache and also reset the modem and router but still has slow load times.

I have not made any changes to the site recently.
The last thing I did was submit the site to Google search engine but did not add any code to the pages.

Can someone take a look and let me know if the site is loading slow from their location or if it is working fine?

Thanks everyone,
