Dreamweaver Warning

When I double-click on the checkout button behavior in the server behaviors panel, I get a warning from dreamweaver that says:

"Please ensure that your selection is inside the body tag before using this object."

When I check the code, it looks like everything is within the body tags.

The clear-cart and checkout buttons both have red exclamation points beside them in the server behaviors panel. Could this be because I did not run the checkout wizard yet? Do I run the checkout wizard in the xammp testing environment?

At the final steps of the checkout wizard, do I put or do I leave out the "s". Or do I just leave it at localhost? GoDaddy says that the only thing that will change is http to https.
