PowerCMS breaks CSS layout and menu

Well, maybe so. I wish you mentioned that before or I would've had a different procedure...

I would still say, though, that it's likely a mixed up set of cssmw folders. If you have a backup copy of the site you could revert to that and try again. The key is to install PowerCMS first and then everything else. I don't think you need to redo all PowerCMS regions in order to do that, though, if you just set up another placeholder region with the same setup info.

But then again, you have SecurityAssist applied to it and I don't have much experiences with it so you might just want to wait for Jason or someone else at WA to respond. They usually open a support ticket for you.
