Power CMS Builder

It looks like PowerCMS is no longer an option and now I have to use PowerCMS Builder. Does this version come with the HTML Editor 3? One of my clients uses the old version of the HTML Editor that came with PowerCMS and it's kind of tough to deal with sometimes with line breaks and such. If this version comes with HTML Editor 3 is there a list somewhere of improvements on this? Also, is there a vide somewhere that shows a complete initial install?

I have a site coming up that will need this so I need to get my ducks in a row before I take this on. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
