issues with pcms2

using powercms 2, I have found some issues.

1. While using Internet explorer 9, I can select source.... and I can see the source code... but I cannot edit anything..nothing..nodda.. won't let me enter anything or even put my cursor in there when I click..nothing. Works fine for me in Chrome, just IE9 issue (only tested 2 browsers)

2.This is happening in both Chrome and Internet Explorer 9 (only 2 browsers I tested).
While in Content Editing, you have that drop down box for selecting the content location.
Well if you click "Maximize" to go to full screen mode, that content selection dropdown gets put smack in the middle of the editing area..screenshot attached
