Okay, tried adding Universal Email as per your instruction, using the before page load option. I set it to use the email session variable for the outgoing mail to the customer and bcc with straight email entry for the business.
Uploaded everything to my web space to test the success page and now have the following issues:
1) On return from Paypal the Success page simply says Order Authorised. No order information displayed which I thought would be the case so the customer has the option to print it.
2) Although I configured Universal Email to use the session variable for client email address pick up and entered an email address for the business within BCC, only the client address is picked up resulting in two emails being sent to the client and nothing to the business.
Additionally, I am (being a complete PHP novice) unable to work out how to have all the order information (client details and actual order items including prices and totals) display within the email.
Can you provide some novice level instructions as a walk through on resolving these issues.
To be honest, I thought this was supposed to be a complete cart solution for novices like me that would create all these elements from the wizard and this is proving more technical than I expected. Don't mind a learning curve but not when a client is breathing down my neck :)
