HELP Powerstore 3 Site is continually being hacked

I have a customer's site that has been hacked 3 times in the last week. They seem to be uploading images through the HTML editor. I have applied the security patch from the downloads but they are still getting in. I went through and changed all DB users and passwords to help after the second hack but they still got through.

My client is losing faith in me and this is not something I know a ton about. Can someone please shed some light on what I can do to harden this PS3 installation?
