What is my ROOT?

Thread began 6/16/2009 4:23 pm by meister281653 | Last modified 8/06/2009 1:23 pm by meister281653 | 2003 views | 6 replies

Thanks for the answer

I have spent ages trying to get irite to work with images.
I followed the tutorials but either got the folder to upload but no preview or it would just throw errors.
Followed your advice and left absolute path blank and it worked.

I really believe that web assist needs to update its tutorials to make it clearer by giving several examples to save wasted hours.

I appreciate that this product is a wrap around for fckeditor but iRite is not free so it should work as designed.

Thanks again.

did you read my editing post?

do I need the root (absolute path)?

if I just put in:

$Config['UserFilesPath'] = '/_Bands/1/_Images/' ;

$Config['UserFilesAbsolutePath'] = '' ;

it saves the upload where I want it. so what do I need the absolute path for?
