Cannot modify header information - headers already sent

Hi there,
HELP!
I am suddenly, out the blue, getting the following error message when I try processing my registration forms:

Warning: explode() [function.explode]: Empty delimiter in C:\xampp\htdocs\skill\registration.php on line 56

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\skill\registration.php:56) in C:\xampp\htdocs\skill\registration.php on line 69

Everything was working perfectly yesterday so I am scratching my head wondering why. I have checked my dreamweaver settinggs and all looks fine to me
Can someone take a look at the attached zip file and perhaps explain the cause and how to fix it.
