FRUSTRATED trying to get this to work

Thread began 9/21/2011 12:04 am by sales189614 | Last modified 9/30/2011 8:49 am by sales189614 | 792 views | 2 replies

FRUSTRATED trying to get this to work

So I just got this extension a couple days ago and have set it up just as directed. I have been unable to connect to the database with Power CMS Builder, so that I can start using this.

I have defined the connection, etc. The error I get is "Access denied for user 'xxxx_xxxxx'@'' (using password: YES)"

Now here's the thing, in Dreamweaver itself, I have defined the testing server, which is EXACTLY the same as the connection in Power CMS Builder and it connects successfully. But it refuses to connect in Power CMS Builder, I don't get it. Am I missing something?

I really hope I get a response here in the forums. I thought I had told myself no more Webassist product purchases because I have to pay to open a ticket, so I'm hoping this goes well. If not, I guess I'll have 10 more days to get my money back.

Please help?
