New configuration.php file causes malfunctioning Browse Server (upoad image) function

Thread began 9/19/2011 7:51 pm by jim425930 | Last modified 9/23/2011 2:55 pm by jim425930 | 6060 views | 8 replies

Yes, the directory structure is all screwed up in the fixes (which I applied to my sites before realising). Two of my clients were a bit miffed.

[Warning: require_once(../../../../Connections/PowerCMSConnection.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream:
No such file or directory in /home/fairlieh/public_html/cms/webassist/kfm/configuration.php on line 1]

My CMS installations are their own directory in the site root called 'cms'. The original correct include paths were:

<?php require_once( "../../Connections/PowerCMSConnection.php" ); ?>
<?php require_once( "../../WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php" ); ?>
<?php require_once( "../../WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php" ); ?>
<?php require_once( "../../WA_CMS/library.php" ); ?>

Your 'fix' has these as:

<?php require_once( "../../../../Connections/PowerCMSConnection.php" ); ?>
<?php require_once( "../../../WA_Globals.php" ); ?>
<?php require_once( "../../../../webassist/framework/library.php" ); ?>
<?php require_once( "../../../../WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php" ); ?>

The fix also contains lines such as:

$absLink = realpath("../../../../");

$kfm_userfiles_address = '../../../../'.$WAGLOBAL_images_folder;

I don't know if these are correct for my installation.

I am certainly not up for making hand edits to the new fix in my sites, so I have reverted to the old un-fixed version, and I will need WA to provide a fresh fix for each version of PowerCMS installs where the files and folders are in their own directory in the site root.

This shouldn't be happening.
