Forgot Password Email

I have modified the login registration pages by following the steps in the solution recipes on the following url

Everything works well and I thank you for making the videos tutorials for modifying the login process, I got to the final one, before I experienced any problems,

The forgot password email, that is being sent from the random password generator displays the password in an encrypted format, I have reworked this page several times but to no effect?
In the tutorials, the guy gets his new password in an unencrypted format?

At the beginning of the tutorial it says 'Email new unencrypted password', in the bullet points?

I have attached my page for you to have a look at, I'm sure it's something stupid, however, I think it may be one of those 'can't see for looking scenarios'.

Any advice would be really apreciated.
Thanks in advance
