Page Types for Site Sculptor

Could you please tell me where I can get more information on how the built in page types work in Site Sculptor?

e.g. what is the difference between the 'interactive thumbnails' page and the 'thumbnail' page.

Also when I want to customize the page properties of a site sculptor site then it tells me how that the page is locked by a template do I get rid of this.

Also, how do I get site sculptor to produce php pages (so that I can use the rest of your extensions) without wanting to use the CMS?....

Also, how would I go about delivering a gallery that I made in Adobe Lighroom into one of your site sculptor pages?

Kind regards
