Having read this thread, I have to agree that as a customer of WA, I purchased their products because the info provided when I was deciding whether to buy said, No coding experience needed! So I would purchase the product because it was to do a job I wanted done. Then when things weren't as I expected or something went wrong, I can't explain to the support team what my problem is because I don't have coding experience.
I have had to learn a lot about coding etc to understand how to do what I want with WA extensions. And when something goes wrong I have SOME idea of how to explain it to the support team.
Maybe WA should out source the documentation to someone who can write in layman terms how to use the products or get someone like Lyda.com to make videoes.
But having said that, when I can get the WA product to do what I want they are a great time saver.
