powercms builder

Hi, I've tried all of the different ways that have been suggested, Dreamweaver (CS5) can connect to the database, the error messages I get (depending on how I've specified the connection details) range from "errors encountered" to "unable to edit your database with the provided user credentials etc etc", as I have said before on more than one occasion. I have used webassist for many years, and spent a good deal of money but in this instance I think you have gone too far with your selling of how easy it is to set up. You say "just a few clicks", we may not be familiar with php we are are reasonably intelligent, have designed hundreds of sites and have thus far spent 4 days trying unsuccessfully to get the ****ing thing working! The support has so far just pointed me to the tutorials, none of which has had any effect, and the forums, where other people seem to be having the same problem.
Unless I can get this sorted I'm not sure that I can believe any of your offers ever again - looks like I may have to pay extra to get something to do what it says on the tin - hoodwinked is how I feel, sorry.
