it sounds like the webassist/plugins/loader/loader.php file is missing from your site.

in the power zip file that you downloaded, look for:
install/webassist/plugins/loader/loader.php

and upload that to your site. For example, if you installed your store at:
store/

you will need to upload that file to:
loader.php
