Backend editable Date picker?

Hello, I have a client who wants a site that a user can sign up for different events/times then pay for the event. I have the super suite, and noticed that with data assist you can build a backend (I've been using power cms for most of my backends). I am wondering if there is a way through data assist or the other super suite tools, that I could let her have control of available dates/times that the form will display (my thought was through a datepicker for available dates, and a drop down menu for the times, or just one large drop down menu for both) through the backend so that she can constantly update the form? Please let me know if this I'd possible, ideally, I would want to tie the form in with a check out system (paypal/etc). Many thanks for your help in advance!
