your link to the users profile would need to have a recordset on it that returned the profile information for the user, the link would pass the users ID as a querystring, for example:

profile?id=3

you would use the querystring to filter the recordset to return the specific users data.

On this page, add a form with an HTML Editor instance on it for comments, a hidden form element, set the value of the hidden form element to use the email column from the recordset, add a text box for the person filling in the form to enter their email address and a submit button.


you would then add Universal Email. Set the to address To use the hidden form element. Set the From Addrress to use the text box.

For the message select the option to create a file for the email message and use one of the predetermined templates.
